Narelle Carr

Narelle rejoined Touchstone in September of 2022 having been a Senior Consultant with the team for 3 years previously from 2006 to 2009, where she established the Human Resources consulting practice in providing much needed support to our clients and has been instrumental in establishing (in partnership) Graduate Recruitment Programs, Leadership Capabilities through Behavioural Competency, National EEO employee training, Employee Engagement Strategies, Skills Matrix for Industrial Relations Instruments, Transformational Change Programs and EBA negotiations.

Narelle has a rich career in Executive Human Capital and Sales roles across corporate FMCG & Food Retail in blue chip multinationals, Private & Public Health Sector and Government Industry Sectors. Narelle in these roles has also led and implemented International / Regional and Statewide project initiatives across contemporary Human Capital strategies.

As a Career Coach and Advisor, she relishes ‘out of the box’ moments with potential candidates in active career transitions and has a passion for exploring individual candidate progression and the stepping stones to take them where they want to go!

Having spent over two decades in talent identification, resourcing, and recruitment, Narelle is passionate about candidate care. She values the touch points with organisations and supporting their cultural nuances to ensure a great fit in future potentials within their organisations. Narelle relishes working with these teams not for the ‘quick fix’ but instead for lasting and enduring impact for these organisations into the future.
