Ryan Bathie
Researcher
Ryan Bathie joined Touchstone in 2015 as key Researcher, focusing on delivering insight and data for Touchstone’s executive search projects across the Asia Pacific region.
Ryan began his career in sport, successfully competing at the highest level in two major professional sporting codes, playing for the Melbourne Tigers in the National Basketball League in 2009-10, and the Geelong Cats and Richmond Tigers in the AFL/VFL from 2010 to 2015.
While playing for Richmond, Ryan transitioned into the corporate world as Business Development Manager for Workwear Worldwide, helping to establish and grow a new work wear brand in the Australian marketplace.
He was approached by Touchstone for his current position after a successful internal promotion created the opportunity for him to join the business.
Ryan has successfully assisted on a number of senior executive search assignments, across a range of industries and functional areas, establishing relationships with candidates in Australia, New Zealand, and Asia Pacific.
